At Fattoria La Torre we produce not only fine wines, but also an excellent extra virgin olive oil, which can accompany your dishes. Or a selection of spirits and dessert wines such as grappa and vin santo.
The company produces the highest oenological expressions in the territory; DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti, IGT Super Tuscan and a classic method sparkling rosé wine made with Sangiovese grapes.There is certainly no shortage of other typical Tuscan products in the company’s range such as extra virgin olive oil obtained entirely from the first pressing of the olives and highly prized Vinsanto, aged 5 years in mixed wood barrels. Careful selection of raw materials and our respectful approach ensure the territorial imprint on all our products.
